The user shall be liable for the annual subscription fee which is payable in advance. Subscription fees shall be charged from the date of confirmation.

Subscription to the Website shall constitute one user licence. This means that only one user has access to tender details per subscription purchased. Access to tender details is provided by means of a username and password, which may not be given out to others for use. Users are allowed to access the website to view, copy and download the information and documents from the website.

You agree that your access to Habesha Tender is for you and/or your company alone and you may not pass on your login information to a third party, you may not redistribute by electronic form or what so ever, the information you get accessing Habesha Tender.

On Some of our subscription types we sent tender detail by email, here we accept only one email for this purpose, but if your company need to access the tender by more than one email address, we recommend you to have a central email that does access by your company other wise we will sent to you by more than one email address you are given with extra charge per email address.

Some of tenders as we get from the source without deadline, when this is happened we will add deadline with a range of 7 upto 45 days depending on the tenders, you need too contact the tender poster company for the exact date of deadline.

B. Amendments and Revisions

B. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our service, we will refund your money back within 10 days from the day of your payment. This refund policy is not applicable for renewal members, members that pay by any means of payment and issue receipt.
